Vicki is experienced in strategy, partnerships, admissions, and corporate development roles across Fortune 500s, Desire2Learn, 2U (formerly 2tor), Harvard, MIT Sloan / School of Engineering, the University of California, and top-tier U.S. & international institutions.
She has led international expansion into China and Brazil markets, managed strategy & development for a $15M higher ed endowment, grown online communities of 5000+, worked firsthand with 1700+, and executed programs for 900+ across the U.S. and overseas. 

Vicki was a Founding Instructor for the Harvard Association for U.S. - China Relations and the National Seminar Director of College Matters. She was twice-elected Director of Publicity for Harvard's largest organization in the public service network. A native San Franciscan, Vicki has been a dancer for 17 years, and she wakes up without an alarm clock. Identify and drive partnerships to create multi-tiered lead gen pipeline, resulting in enrollment and revenue. Program Manager, International Strategy & Partnerships, UC Berkeley

Drive strategy and development for a $15M higher ed endowment that provides faculty & students with early-stage funding to launch collaborative partnerships (business / engineering; education / technology; water / health / sustainability innovations). Serve as Berkeley's Senior Officer delegate to Canberra, Australia; benchmark best practices against leading peer institutions. Deliver high-yield programming to elevate Berkeley's global visibility. Report to the Vice Chancellor of Research. Hire and manage seven direct reports. 

MBA / Engineering Admissions & Career Development Officer, MIT

Grow industry partnerships and manage a portfolio of 25 partner companies. Execute full-cycle admissions and lead generation. Direct four MBA committees to launch major-yield marketing initiatives. Manage campaign strategies / marketing communications. Promote MIT and cultivate strong partnerships with  decision-makers across the U.S. & abroad. 

MBA Marketing & Admissions Consultant, Harvard Business School

Innovate strategy and outreach communications for HBS MBA program. Establish relationships with C-level executives to pinpoint industry forecasts. Create tiered segments for external communications, conduct qualitative / quantitative analytics. Present key insights to MBA Board of Admissions, which became incorporated into future training materials.
